If you place an order with Gluelines, we will normally dispatch your products within 2 working days.  More often than not, we are far quicker as at least 95% of the products list are shipped ex-stock. 

If, in the unlikely event, you find your order to be faulty, we will replace or refund the items at no cost to you.
