Payment Terms

Incorrectly Ordered Goods and Refunds

Any payments for orders made incorrectly on the web site (i.e. international customers paying for goods before checking postage charges) will be subject to a 10% refund charge

Gluelines reserve the right to amend the prices of goods without prior notice

Products maybe returned if approval is issued by GLUELINES subject to a possible 15% restocking charge

Claims for Loss or Damages

Any claims must be made against the courier at the time of delivery and reported to GLUELINES within 24 hours of receipt of goods

Warranty

GLUELINES warrants that all products will be, to the best of our knowledge, free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use, services and conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of shipping unless a lesser period of time is specified on the labelling of the product. Should the goods be in any way faulty we will replace or credit them free of charge subject to the goods being returned to us for inspection.

GLUELINES will not be held responsible for any incident or consequential damages arising from or relating to the use of its products
